PASQUOTANK AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS—At the June county council meeting Pasquotank EH presented five scholarships totaling $1,632 including two to adults, two to high school seniors to a school of their choice, and one to College of Albemarle, a local college. Mary Bundy, above right, scholarship chairman, and Delores Ferrell, left, county council president, presented awards to (left to right) Sharon Spence, Deborah Scott, Clay Hodges, Benjamin Thomas and Martin Butts.
