ADKINS—Conie Williams, colored, 18 months old, Wolf Pit. Pneumonia-influenza; on 17^th.

HINES—Jonsie V., colored, Wolf Pit, on 18^th. Aged 11 years. Pneumonia-influenza.

DIGGS—Annie, colored, Wolf Pit, aged 36; died on 17^th. Pneumonia-influenza.

JONES—Narcissus, colored, Rockingham township, aged 37, on 17^th. Pneumonia-influenza.

ELLERBE—Mamie, colored, 3 years, Wolf Pit, on 16^th. Pneumonia-influenza.

ADAMS—James, colored, one mile east of Osborne, aged about 20, Monday night, of pneumonia-influenza.

COLLINS—Frank, colored, near county home Friday night of pneumonia-influenza, aged about 35.

HUFFMAN—Sallie, colored, died in Rockingham Monday afternoon after a stroke of paralysis suffered a few minutes before.

INGRAM—John, colored, died of pneumonia-influenza Monday night in Wolf Pit.

COVINGTON—Walter, colored, of pneumonia-influenza Monday night in Wolf Pit.

MASON—Will, colored, Rockingham, aged 40, Sunday of pneumonia-influenza. He was first in death in Rockingham. Will was a faithful employee of Great Falls mill, having been a machinist there for 15 years. Buried at Mason’s Hill Monday.

MILLIKEN—Paul, aged 34, died at Hamelt Saturday, 19^th, of pneumonia-influenza.

McRACKEN—Mrs. Viola E., aged 35, died of pneumonia-influenza at Hamlet Friday night at 1 o’clock.

WALLACE—T.E., died at Hamlet 19^th of pneumonia-influenza. Aged 28. Remains interred at Garner, near Raleigh.

DAVIS—2 1/2-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. J.L. Davis of Hamlet, died Monday night of pneumonia-influenza.

COLE—Mrs. Margaret, wife of Duncan Cole, died at age of 75 years at her home in Mineral Springs township 17^th.

BARBEE—Mrs. E.B., died of pneumonia-influenza at Norlina 18^th. Funeral at Burlington. Husband and four children survive. Was a daughter of Mr. F.L. Cole of Rockingham.

PUSSEY—Nannie, died in Raleigh Oct. 19^th of pneumonia-influenza. Had gone there from Roberdel No. 2 as a nurse.

HILL—L.V., aged about 45, died at Osborne Sunday night of pneumonia-influenza. Remains carried to Monroe Monday night for interment.

SEDBERRY—Miss Harriet, aged 69, died at Home of Aged and Infirm Tuesday a.m. Had been bed-ridden since last December when she suffered a fractured hip in a fall. Contracted pneumonia a week ago Interment at County Home Wednesday.

HART—Frank, died at Pee Dee No. 2, Wednesday a.m. Pneumonia-influenza. Interment at Northam Thursday afternoon.

PREVATT—Giles, pneumonia-influenza at Steele’s Mills Wednesday night. Remains will be carried to Lumberton Friday a.m.

LUNCE—John, pneumonia-influenza, Wolf Pit. Interred at St. Paul’s church Thursday p.m.

SWINK—W.S., 74, Pee Dee No. 1, Wednesday night of paralysis; interment at Northam Thursday.

MARTIN—George, colored, aged 14; pneumonia-influenza; Wolf Pit, Wednesday night.

WOOD—Alf, colored, Wolf Pit, Wednesday night, pneumonia-influenza.

HARRINGTON—Della, colored, died in Wolf Pit this afternoon at 2 o’clock; pneumonia-influenza.

PORTER—Charlie A., died Tuesday afternoon at 4 o’clock of pneumonia-influenza, Rockingham. Interment at Eastside Wednesday, conducted by Rev. G.F. Smith. Surviving are his father, J.T. Porter of Lilesville, two sisters, three brohter, wife and two children. His wife was formerly Miss Lethea Stubbs.

Mr. Porter was 40 years old, and for several years conducted successfully a jitney business in Rockingham, as well as a small grocery. The brothers are W.N. Porter, Ellenboro; Paul Porter, Lilesville; Claude Porter, Bat. D, 113^th Field Artillery, 30^th Division, France; sisters: Miss Ireen Porter, Lilesville; Mrs S.T. Diggs, Richmond. Attending the funeral were J.T., Paul and Lester Porter.

Reid Tull died the 11^th at Spartanburg of pneumonia-influenza. Funeral at Wadesboro. His wife was Miss Charlie Bell Craig of that town.

Mrs. Roland K. Faulkner died of pneumonia-influenza at Wadesboro the 18^th. She left an infant only two days old.

Dr. Wyatt P. Exum died at Maxton the 16^th of pneumonia-influenza.

Miss Bettie Sloan, a trained nurse of Broadway, Lee County, died Sunday of pneumonia-influenza while nursing a case at Jonesboro.
