Mayor’s Court

Mattie Burket was charged $29.25 for assault with a pistol on Rosa Simms. Mattie alleges that Rosa took her husband away from her and caused him to whip her. She fired at the woman twice but missed both times.

Jack Price forfeited his bond of $10 for his appearance.

Leo. Robinson was charged $4.25 for disorderly conduct.

Vila Barnes entered the yard of Lea Robinson and had a fight.

Abram Watson, $9.25, drunk and disorderly conduct.

W.U. Boyette, drunk on the streets, $9.25.

Milton Allen, disorderly conduct, dismissed.

Jim Farmer, $9.25, drunk.
