To Be Tried Saturday
John Boswell was arrested yesterday for an assault on his
wife and for having more than a quart of liquor in his possession. Boswell had
three quarts of liquor and when he came up for trial this morning asked permission
to have the case heard before Justice of the Peace Alvin Clark, which was
granted and the case will come up next Saturday.
