Sam Montgomery and John Query, residents of Icemorlee, were found on the Charlotte road Wednesday afternoon with a gallon of liquor in their car by Federal Officers Martin and Dry, and Policeman J.A. Helms. At a preliminary hearing the next day before Esq. M.L. Flow they were bound over to the next term of court under bonds of $500 each.
