Lovell, Blackburn, Hagaman on Board of Trustees, Dec. 2, 1920

At the annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Appalachian Training School, held on Monday night, Capt. E.F. Lovill was unanimously elected as Chairman and M.B. Blackburn Vice Chairman for the ensuing year. Mr. G.P. Hagaman was elected Treasurer to succeed the late, lamented W.C. Coffey. (From the Watauga Democrat, Boone, N.C., Dec. 2, 1920)
