By the Associated Press, Henderson, N.C., Jan. 1—The will of the late David Young Cooper, cotton manufacturer, banker and tobacconist, was filed for probabe late Friday with the clerk of Vance superior court. It was dated September 30, 1916, and designated as executors his four sons, his only son-in-law and his attorney. The amount of the fortune was stated in the application to the unknown, and an inventory has not yet been taken. Various estimates, however, have placed it above $2 million.
