Charlotte, Feb. 5—Everett McArver, white, taxi cab driver of Gastonia, was killed, and James Anderson, also white, badly hurt in an auto accident at a bridge on the Dowd road near Camp Greene lkast afternoon shortly after 7 o’clock. McArver was driving and sheeing he was about to hit a wagon ahead, he swerved his car and struck a brick wall in front of a yard. The car turned over, McArver being caught under it and killed. His neck was broken. Mr. Anderson is a bookkeeper the National banks at Gastonia.
