Let Governor Know If You Want W.P. Ingram Pardoned, Feb. 3, 1921

Will Apply for Pardon

As can be seen elsewhere in this issue, W.P. Ingram is about to apply to Gov. Morrison for a conditional pardon. Those who oppose the granting of this pardon are asked to forward their protests to Governor Morrison immediately.

It up to our Richmond county people now. If they want Ingram pardoned, let them help him. If they believe in impartial law enforcement, let them oppose this pardon. What say you, good people of Richmond county?

It is time for our people to take a stand! Tell it to Governor Morrison!
