Yvonne Ward Travels County Meeting With Clubs, May 6, 1921

Miss Ward Meets Clubs in Many Parts of County

Miss Yvonne Ward, home agent, has a busy schedule in meeting the clubs organized in various parts of the county. She gives every Saturday to her office work at the court house, but on other days she is busy covering territory that ranges from Toxaway to Blantayre and points off the railroad as well. Following is her present schedule:

On Monday of one week, Selica; Tuesday, Pisgah Forest; Thursday, Blantyre; Friday, Calvert, Cherryfield and Cotton Mill section. On Wednesday of the alternating week, Rosman; Thursday, Penrose; Friday, Boilston.

Every first Saturday night Miss Ward visits the club at Little River, and every second Wednesday night the one at Lake Toxaway.

Recently two community fairs—at Little River and Blantyre—were organized under the direction of J.W. Lindley, farm agent, and Miss Ward.
