State vs J.W. Briley, assault with deadly weapon. Found guilty. Fined $25 and costs.
State vs Henry Davenport, Luzella Slade, fornication and adultery. Not guilty.
State vs Geo. Silverthorne and Bud Spruill, larceny and receiving. Geo. Silverthorne found not guilty. Bud Spruill sentenced to jail for 30 days and fined payment of costs.
State vs William Teel, assault. Prayer for judgement continued to June 29, and he was placed under a $50 bond.
State vs Isaac Barnes, violating town ordinance. Found guilty, continued to jail for one day and pay costs of action.
State vs N.T. Leggett, Chas. Leggett, Stanton Leggett, violating search and seizure law. Nol pros to Chas. Leggett. N.T. Leggett, guilty of having liquor in his possession; fined $150 and half the costs, and placed under $300 bond for good behavior. Stanton Leggett entered prayer for judgement till the first Tuesday in November, 1921, and placed under $100 bond for his appearance then.
State vs. J.B. Knox, violating the search and seizure law. Defendant pleads guilty to aiding and abetting in transporting liquor. Prayer for judgment continued till first Tuesday in November 1921, and placed under $100 bond for his appearance on that date.
State vs. Abner Bennett, obstructing ditch, nol pros.
State vs Tom Rogers, selling liquor. Called and failed. Continued until June 28th, 1921.
