Mrs. William Barringer as chairman met with her committee in the offices of Community Service yesterday afternoon. Mrs. R.L. Poston, Mrs. L.S. Gilliam and Miss Lila White are gathering material for a little program, and Miss Willie Day with Misses Adabelle Barringer, Mae Moore and Katherine Pressley are preparing the program of games for the social recreation. The party will be held Friday evening in the open to the entire public to join in the neighborly frolic. Mrs. L.J. Freel, Mrs. O.M. Steele and others are helping in the publicity. Other announcements will follow.
