W.R. Wood, Nancy Mumford Wed by Justice of the Peace, Jan. 9, 1922

Moore-Mumford

Mr. W.R. Wood, justice of the peace, Saturday afternoon about 6 o’clock in his office united in marriage Mr. Jas. H. Moore of this city and Miss Nancy Mumford of near Kenly. The happy couple left for Lexington, Ky., where Mr. Moore will be engaged in the tobacco business.

The contracting parties are popular young people. Mr. Moore has been engaged for several years with a number of warehouses in this city as auction, and has a host of friends. He has recently been with the Banner warehouse. Mrs. Moore is a very attractive young lady and very popular with all who know her.
