Mrs. Flora Kiger, wife of Wm. R. Kiger, died at her home in Mount Airy Saturday about noon. She was 35 years old. She is survived by her husband and two children, Thamar and Sarah; by her mother, Mrs. J.W. Spainhour of Winston-Salem; two brothers, Will Spainhour and O. Spainhour of Winston-Salem; one sister, Miss Nan Shore Spainhour of Winston-Salem. She was a member of the Methodist church in Mount Airy and was beloved by all who knew her. She suffered from cancer for about a year. The funeral was held from the home in Mount Airy at 1:30 o’clock Sunday.
