Mr. A.O. Davis, auctioneer, sold at the court house door today the following tracts of land:
House and lot located on Gold and Green street, the property of W.W. Tomlinson, for $2,700. The purchaser was Mr. W.S. Harris.
Mr. Davis also sold 227 acres of land belonging to W.L. Felton and Alma Felton, his wife. This was purchased by Mr. Louis Tomlinson.
Mr. Tomlinson also bid in a tract of 70 ½ acres belonging to Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Felton.
J.H. Ham, mortgagee, sold a lot in Winona, suburb of Wilson, for $350.
