The case on appeal of L.L. Winder, sentenced to three years in the penitentiary for carnal knowledge of a child under 15 years of age, was heard in the Supreme Court in Raleigh Wednesday of this week. The decision of the Supreme Court will not be made known until a later date, probably next Wednesday.
