Miss Alice Bowen of Anderson, S.C., who has been engaged as health nurse of Granville county, has arrived and entered upon her duties.
She is a bright, energetic young woman. She makes friends with everybody and will do good work in the county. She is sharing the office in the court house with Dr. Morris, county health officer, but a separate office, centrally located, will be provided as soon as possible.
