Here is a little California beauty recently captured by an Elizabeth City boy. She is the bride of Charles E. Hughes, First Class Quartermaster of the U.S.S. Melville, and a son of Mrs. Florence Hughes of this city. The bride was Miss Mary Belle Saltmarsh of National City, California, and the wedding was in Los Angeles.
