HON. WALTER LOWRY SMALL
This Elizabeth City man will prosecute the criminal dockets in the court of the First Judicial District for the next four years. His nomination to the second Democratic Primary last Saturday being the equivalent to election. Mr. Small will sever his partnership relations with the law firm of Ehringhaus & Small with which he has been connected for several years.
