Kinston, Sept. 6—Bodies of two infants were found in sewerage pipes on the outskirts of the city late this afternoon by a gang of workmen engaged in repairing the line.
Workmen first found the decomposed body of one baby, wrapped in a newspaper, and later discovered the second a short distance away. They were unable to tell whether they were white or black as the bodies were decayed.
The police are conducting an investigation.
