Goldsboro Man Dies Very Suddenly While at Work

Goldsboro, Oct. 3—Fred Markland, age 33, died suddenly this afternoon at 4:14 o’clock from heart disease at the Enterprise Lumber company’s office on South Central street, where he was employed as bookkeeper. He is survived by his wife. His remains will be taken to Jacksonville to his former home for burial.
