In the county court this morning Will Allen, a young white man, was adjudged guilty in two cases, one charging the driving of an automobile while under the influence of liquor and the other for reckless driving of a car. In the first case he was fined $75 and costs, and in the latter the costs were imposed, the defendant also to pay damages to another car, which he ran into. This last requirement has already been complied with.
All of the five or six cases before the court were for violation of automobile laws. Several were for operating cars without the proper state license numbers and one for speeding. In all of these, small fines and costs were imposed.
