Mr. Z.L. Cheaves of Harris township has the distinction of having raised possibly the largest hog ever raised in Franklin county. The hog, which has been attracting much attention, was killed Tuesday and weighed 946 pounds. He killed others weighing 306 and 518.
Mr. S.M. Parrish of Sandy Creek killed three hogs weighing 391, 375, and 365 pounds.
