Minnie Johnson Green, who had been in the county jail since last week on a warrant charging violation of marriage laws, gave bond in the sum of $300 and was released yesterday to await hearing which will be given Monday.
Her husband Bob Green, who is wanted on several charges, will be given a trial at the same time. He is still in jail. It is alleged that Bob Green, a white man, is the husband of Minnie Johnson Green, who is reputed to be an Indian.
