Scores of sorrowing friends and relatives yesterday afternoon attended the funeral services conducted over the little body of Herbert K. Land Jr., who died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.K. Land, No. 126 Broad street, following a short illness.
Rev. Preston Bell Hall, pastor of the Christian church, of which the parents of the little one are members, conducted the service and touched everyone present.
Following the service at the home, the little body was carried to Cedar Grove cemetery and interred beneath a profusion of beautiful floral tributes.
