Road construction forces working on the Yadkin Valley road have about completed the grading from Beach Ford bridge to the foot of German hill. The work is being pushed forward rapidly and within a few weeks it is the hope of road officials to have the grading completed to the county line at the Horton place.
It is the plan of the county road commission to change the road forces over to King’s Creek township when the work in Yadkin Valley has been completed.
