George Yates Loses Tobacco and Barn in Fire, Aug. 25, 1923

Tobacco and Barn Destroyed Thursday

A tobacco barn owned by George Yates of Morrisville, route No. 1, was destroyed by fire Thursday night with tobacco valued at $200 lost. The barn, 20 feet square, contained some of Mr. Yates’ finest left tobacco.
