Pursuant to the provisions of the charter of the city of Graham and the laws of North Carolina, the undersigned Tax Collector of Graham will sell at auction at the court house door in Graham on Monday, October 1st, 1923 at 10 o’clock a.m., all the lands whose owners are delinquent in the payment of city taxes for the year of 1922 or preceding years, the names of the persons against whom the said taxes are assessed, the lands to be offered for sale and the amount of taxes, cost and expenses, respectively, being as follows, to wit:
