HERBERT CHAPPELL
This snapshot is of Herbert Chappell, young Perquimans County boy accused of killing Elisha Goodwin, Hertford man, following a drinking bout in the Piney Woods section of Perquimans County Tuesday night, September 25. Chappell is 19 years old. He is being held in the Hertford jail pending the Superior Court term which convenes October 29. He has an 18-year-old wife and a baby. Snapshot photo by D.V. Meekins.
