Raleigh, Oct. 20—Company A., 165th artillery, North Carolina national guard, of Wilkesboro, will be sent to Bakersville, Mitchell county, for the trial beginning there Monday of John Gause, negro convict, charged with an attack on a 60-year-old white woman near Spruce Pine several weeks ago, according to an announcement made by Governor Morrison.
