Tuesday evening, Oct. 9, Mr. William L. Inman and Miss Alice Tillman, both of the Parkewood section of this county, were united in the bonds of marriage. The ceremony was held at the home of Mr. I.S. Dowdy near Calvary church, Rev. W.A. Hough officiating.
Mrs. Inman is a popular young lady of Parkewood, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. P.W. Tillman. She has a large host of friends over the county. Mr. Inman is a prominent young tobacco farmer, originally from Surry County, and like the bride has a large acquaintance of friends who are wishing both the bride and groom much happiness in their new adventure.
