W.L. Goodson, a farmer of Bethel section, died at his home Tuesday, October 9th, at the age of 45 years. Funeral services were conducted from Bethel church and interment made in Bethel Cemetery on Wednesday, October 10th.
On last Friday at the office of the 30th Signal Company, Miss Elsie Owenby and R.E. Whitted, both of Newfound, were united in marriage. Esq. J.N. Mease performed the ceremony in the presence of only a few friends.
