Salisbury, Nov. 16—Charlie Regans, a white man who has been living on the China Grove road in Rowan county, recently has been arrested on a warrant from Durham charging store breaking. Officers said Regans admitted having been in Durham and stated that the police of that city were wanting him. He was held for an officer from Durham.
