Moore County Hunting Season, Bag Limits, License Fees, Nov. 1, 1923

New Moore County Game Law

Following in the new game law for Moore county or that part of it showing when hunting is allowed. The game wardens and licenses, etc., are under control of the County Commissioners.

Deer, Nov. 1 to Nov. 15.

Squirrels, Oct. 15 to Jan. 15.

Rabbits, Nov. 25 to Mar. 1.

Quail, Wild Turkeys and Pheasants, Nov. 25 to Feb. 28.

Fox. Opossum, Coons, Sept. 1 to March 1.

Skunk, Muskrat, Beaver, Mink, Otter, Nov. 20 to Feb. 1.

Bag Limit

Deer, 1 buck and 1 doe a season.

Wild Turkeys, 3 in a season.

Squirrels, 5 in a day.

Quail and Upland Game, 10 a day

License Tax

Resident, $1.25

Non-resident, $15.25
