The last will and testament of the late R.S. Usry was drawn by Royster & Royster and was signed on the 31st day of August 1923. The will covers four types pages in which it is stipulated that each of the six surviving children shall inherit an equal part of the estate.
Those in close touch with Mr. Usry’s affairs estimate that he left an estate ranging in value from $60,000 to $75,000.
