If the gent who writes a three page letter to this newspaper defending the “Christian manhood” of the Ku Klux Klan of Dare County has got the manhood to reveal his identity, this newspaper will publish his letter; otherwise the letter goes to the waste basket with other fulminations of anonymous liars, cowards and fools. Christian manhood that hasn’t the guts to sign its name to the letter it writes is darned sorry manhood in the opinion of the editor of this newspaper.
