Thinks He’d Like to be Judge

PHIL G. SAWYER

For the past two years Prosecutor in the County Court, Mr. Sawyer now aspires to the judgeship itself and is a candidate for the Democratic nomination for Trial Justice. He is a son of M.N. Sawyer who was for many years a wheel-horse in local politics. He learned much about politics from his Dad, but he learned from some other source as well; for instance he somewhere learned how to smile. He has a sense of humor that the Senior Sawyer never had.
