Finals at Bethel Mill 11th and Rennert Indian 12th. . . Finals at Indian Schools. . . Bethel Hill 11th and Rennert 12th—Singing Convention, Collection for New Church

Buie, April 4—On April 11 there will be a commencement at Bethel Hill Indian school, Eddie Locklear teacher. Everybody cordially invited. On the following day, April 12th, there will be a commencement at Rennert Indian School, Mr. D.P. McKinnon is expected to make a speech there about 11 o’clock. Everybody cordially invited. Teacher, Mr. M.L. Sanderson.

There was a signing convention held at Union Grove church last Sunday with Prospect Sunday school visiting. Rev. Lawrence Oxendine made a very interesting talk on the difference now in the Sunday school and what improvement it has made than it was in his boy days, and there was also a collection called to raise money to help finish the new church which is being erected at Union Chapel. Following are the names of those that contributed to the great cause in helping to erect the house of God:

We given many thanks to the visiting friends of the various Sunday schools. Teachers and students boast for your Sunday school; you can not find any better society in the world today than your Sunday school. You that are not members of the Sunday school, I beg you to go and join the Sunday school. You can not go in a better thing.
