Healy, Cameron to Represent Kiwanis Club in Denver, May 9, 1924

Healy and Cameron to Go to Denver

the meeting of the Kiwanis Club on Wednesday closed the membership campaign and also selected two members to represent the club at the National gathering at Denver. The successful candidates were Jerry Healy and Shields Cameron, with John Bloxham and Mr. Hart as alternatives.

The rival teams will play a base ball game Saturday evening at 2 o’clock at Southern Pines as a sort of consolation prize to those who failed to secure the free trip to the West.
