Washington, July 14—Recessions of employment in several southern states were noted today the department of labor, but the industrial situation in that section is generally fairly satisfactory.
Skilled workers find ready employment on buildings in Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Part of the surplus of common labor is being taken care of in farm work.
