Asheville, June 8—Felder Lambert, the four-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. W.P. Lambert, was instantly killed this afternoon when run over by an automobile in front of his home, 135 Ashland avenue. J.J. Jones, driver of a Ford touring car which is alleged to have run down the child, was placed under arrest on a charge of reckless driving and placed under (a bond of) $4,000 by the police.
