Gets Two Years for Theft of 25 Cents

Knoxville, Tenn., July 11—Richard Martin, 17, was sentenced to two years in the federal penitentiary at Atlanta for the theft of 25 cents from a general store and post office in Campbell County. The youth submitted to the charge.
