Asheville, Aug. 19—David Tillinghast, 83, of Spartanburg, S.C., lead a party to the top of Mount Mitchell Saturday, he being many years younger than the others.
With Mr. Tillinghast was Miss Robina Tillinghast, both of whom are week-end guests of Colonel Robert W. Bingham. Colonel Bingham also had as his guest Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Webb of Concord, N.C.
