Brown Family Moving to Dillon, S.C., Nov. 24, 1924

Mr. and Mrs. Brown Move to Dillon

Mr. and Mrs. E.H. Brown and son, Philip, left today for Dillon, S.C., where they will make their home in the future and where Mr. Brown will be connected with the management of a cotton mill recently purchased by M.L. Cannon and associates.

Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Brown regret to see them leave Concord as they have been prominently identified with the life of the city. Mr. Brown has been manager of the Browns-Cannon Co. here for a number of years and was actively interested in the business and civic life of Concord. He was one of the charter members of the Rotary Club and both he and Mrs. Brown have been actively identified with the social and religious life of the city. Mrs. Brown has been one of the leaders in women’s work in the First Presbyterian Church as well as one of the social leaders of the city.
