Elizabeth City, Nov. 10—The lawyers are presenting their cases in the case in which Mr. J.D. Farrior of Wilson is being tried for shooting Joe Swindell. It is expected that the speeches will be finished this afternoon.
Sentence will probably be pronounced tomorrow.
