JOSEPH S. KRAMER
Elizabeth City loses another good and valuable citizen, in the death of Joseph P. Kramer. He was a clean, wholesome, upright, constructive citizens who made his religion a part of his every day life. He loved his family, he loved his church and he loved this down. His family, his church and his town are better for his having lived. He walked straight and died unafraid. And when one says that of a man when he bids farewell to earth, there isn’t much more to be said.
