Turkey Shoot Will Be Held Tuesday. . . Members of Concord, High Point and Monroe Clubs Invited to Charlotte

Shooters form the Monroe, High Point and Concord gun clubs, as well as individual gunners from all over the state, have been invited to participate in a turkey shoot to be held at the Charlotte club next Tuesday. The shoot will be held at the Watkins farm on the Providence road and will start at 10 a.m. It will continue several hours.

There will be four prizes—all turkeys—for the best scores. Here is a fine chance for the sharpshooters to get their Thanksgiving birds gratis.

The Charlotte Club holds weekly shoot and they are always attended by experts from nearby cities. A large turnout is expected for Tuesday’s event.
