Evicted from a pigsty home, which officials say was not fit for animals to live in, Mrs. Anne Cooper, 19, of Phoenix Park near Chicago, gave birth to a baby under a tree. The baby died. Mrs. Cooper, whose husband fled three months ago to evade robbery charges, has never paid rent due to the dilapidated state of the building.
