Too Many Incompetent Parents, Says Durham Police Chief, Aug. 7, 1925

In talking to welfarers at Chapel Hill recently the chief of police of Durham is quoted as saying this truth, “There are too many parents trying to raise children to-day who do not know how to raise chickens successfully.” The chief said enough to last some of us quite awhile.
