Shiloh, Sept. 14—Charlie Anderson, 20 years old, of Shiloh will leave Monday night for Raleigh to take the Pasteur treatment [for rabies]. Mr. Anderson is suffering from a dog bite. He was bitten by a small black dog last Tuesday. The dog was shot Thursday after showing symptoms of hydrophobia.
